Wholesale Policies
Ordering & Payment
Orders can be made by email, in-person or phone. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or bank transfer. All orders will be charged at the time of shipment. If we do not have your credit card on file, we will call on the day of shipment. We do not currently offer any other payment terms and all payments must be made prior to Mrs Fo. providing wholesale goods.

Our minimum opening order is $160.
Our Reorder minimum is $120 (Approximately 37 Cards).

Product Specifics
All Mrs Fo. Cards are square (14 x 14 cm card) with a 100% recycled Kraft Envelope (peel and seal). Blank inside. All cards are printed using high quality pigmented inks with an aqueous silk finish on heavy 350gsm card stock. All Mrs Fo. Cards are made and Designed in Australia by a 100% Australian owned company.
Turnaround & Shipping
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Shipping times will vary based on volume and availability. Please contact us for specific lead times. All orders ship via Australia Post and costs are charged at the time of shipment. We try our best to ship everything in one box, but occasionally additional boxes are necessary. Please contact us if you have time-sensitive shipping terms. All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of retailers. Orders ship from Brisbane, Australia.
Display & Packaging
All Mrs Fo.© products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. All of our items arrive retail ready. We do not display our greeting cards with a clear cello sleeve as we are wary of our environmental footprint.
Cancellations, Returns & Backorders
All cancellations must be made in writing within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped/posted unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. Returns are only accepted if defective items are received. Claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns on any unsold seasonal or everyday merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging. From time to time, we may sell out of a product. Unless otherwise indicated, we will cancel the backordered items and ship the remaining product. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.
